I had my nails done by Emily, they were nice but several nails chipped on the same day, I was going on holiday the following day so I was offered an infill, I messaged twice to try arrange this and received no response. It’s been 4 weeks now and still no reply, really poor customer service.

First time having my nails done, and it was a lovely experience. I can't recommended Freya enough! She was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Booking my next appointment ASAP!
