Went down to have a look at a couple of the cars listed on their website. Was happy with one; got to test drive, chat with an advisor to go through my options and pay deposits for the car all within a short period of time in a relaxed environment. Would recommend to anybody.

Bought a car from First4Cars and couldn’t be happier. The sales team were great, helpful but not at all pushy. Although the car is 7 years old it looked brand new and runs like a dream. The buying process was straight forward and I would definitely buy from them again.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE 7 SEATER CITROËN GRANDTOURER AS MY MOTHER INLAW HAS JUST RETURNED THIS BACK TO THEM AS IT IS REGISTERED AS A TAXI AND SHE HAS BEEN RECEIVING CLEAN AIR ZONE FINES FOR IT WE ALSO FOUND OUT IT HAS BEEN REMAPPED AND HAS HAD THE ADD BLU REMOVED THIS WAS VERIFIED BY CITROËN AFTER A RECALL MY MOTHER INLAW IS NOW GOING THROUGH TRIBUNALS TO GET THE FINES REMOVED BUT THEY ARE NOT BACKING DOWN FIRST FOR CAR'S ARE FULLY AWARE OF ALL OF THIS AND COLLECTED THE CAR BACK LAST MONTH AND I AM DISGUSTED THAT THEY ARE WILLING TO RIP SOMEONE ELSE OF AND RE ADVERTISE THIS VEHICLE REGISTRATION PLATE WV69 UUK PLEASE BE CAREFUL

bought a car 3 months ago MJ18 UFK, went to view the car in wet and windy conditions so could not check the bodywork properly. Left a £500 deposit. When i went to collect the car noticed the front wing had been re-sprayed and the colour did not even match the front door or bumper. Asked if i could have my deposit said no, but could recommend a local body shop ? Bearing in mind the purchase price was £11,400. i decided not to lose my £500 and bought the car, the car was MOT'd by their inhouse MOT station and sold without any advisories. However, i started noticing a few suspension noises but was advised this could have been due to the bumps and the way we have driven the car. I am dreading any suspension work needed and have not had a chance to get the car checked at my local garage but am pretty sure it would not pass a MOT with them. First 4 CAR if you respond to this review to say i have reviewed the wrong garage i will attach my sales invoice to my response. Do not buy a car from here. You have been warned ....
