Car valeting. Simple mobile car and commercial valet service

The reasons I am.giving this rating is after I booked an £80 valet I totally did NOT expect 1. Most of the windows had water stains on them( the ones he did). He hadn't even wiped the wing mirrors. 2. The vanity mirrors not even touched. 3. The wheels 🙈 he didn't even clean or attempt to clean them - apparently it's an extra £40 to have a special solution on them..seriously...so I went inside got a pan scrubber dampened it put a drop of Fairy on and as if by magic...I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO EVEN DO THIS!! Remember this is an £80 Valet . He used MY WATER & HOSE without asking!! The fact I live in a cul de sac and you didn't want to make any noise so you used my water -seriously.!!?? Most PROFESSIONAL Companies have tanks of water, jet washers etc 4. The bit of rubbish he had taken out my car he left on the lawn and drive. I found him confrontational, rude and he "wanted his money right now!" His customer service is appalling. So I absolutely DO NOT recommend his tacky service. With this in mind I did not pay £80. Dreadful. I also showed 4 neighbours who were shocked..you can post whatever you like Neil you did a shoddy job and you've been called out. Of course I can afford £80 when the job is done correctly..Whether I pay cash or transfer I PAID accordingly.....its not slander its FACTS ! Oh just to confirm dog sits ONLY on the front seat with several blankets and her seat belt on..stop fabricating the truth!!!

Very good Quoted me for a full valet a thought he had swapped my car for a brand new one 😀

Until today my car interior looked as though it had been filled with garden waste and vomited on by 2 small children. Largely because it had. I booked Neil & team to do a full interior valet with vacuum and steam clean on the seats and they did a fantastic job. Totally transformed, would highly recommend.

Awful experience would not recommend to anyone. Absolutely done a horrendous job

My girlfriend needed her car cleaning urgently last night. Most people were telling me they couldn't do it for a few days. I called simple mobile and we were asked to come over straight away. The car was cleaned to a very high standard for a reasonable price. Would recommend.
