IMO Car Wash

£13 and it didn't get properly cleaned and was left covered in scratches on every top panel! The car looks a proper mess.

The machine took off one of the wing mirror panels on my car. At the end, I spun my car around immediately (onto oncoming traffic due to the layout of the store) and complained. I didnt get an apology or any offer of refund and was simply handed the now scratched-up wing mirror part and basically ignored while they tended to the queue of people. The wash itself really wasn't very good either. Definitely not worth the seven quid or whatever I paid.

I’m afraid to say customer service was almost none existent. I had a valet which was done in good time and completed fairly well. The machine car wash was done to a good standard however I believe people go to the manned car washes for the good service and interaction so if the customer service is missing and it’s a machine car wash, the return business may be limited !?

Fully closed and shut at 18:30, supposedly open until 19:30. Pre-paid voucher expires today too just to add to the inconvenience. Not the first time they've closed before the stated time either.

Opening times wrong on Google, arrived at 8 but apparently it's "always been 9", thanks for wasting my time
