UPS-Ultra Poor Service. Absolutely discussing, poor, vile, and even disgraceful service from these guys. I will never, ever, send a parcel with UPS, i’d rather use Evri, far better than UPS. Ruined my day, no birthday gift no joy. Hope you vanish! The service is an insult to the customers!

Delayed delivery by 1 working day and then left package at local collection point without any re-delivery options after 1 delivery attempt UPS doesn't provide time slot of delivery parcel. Package was out for delivery at 08:20 and delivery attempted around 16:50

Probably the worst courier in the world. They said that they had delivered my parcel yet I couldn't find it anywhere. They posted a photo of said delivered parcel under a car back wheel! Not my car either! I am now just over £100 out of pocket because of these fools.

On the phone for over 40 minutes. No attempt to deliver my parcel, they claim they did. No note left through the door. No phone call back, taken the day off to get the parcel.
