Under Armour should definitely NOT be using UPS to distribute their parcels. It is the worst possible experience dealing with UPS at Leeds. They changed the access point then change it back, extremely poor communication, no e mail or text updates to tell you where the package is or dropped off at. The supervisor Gabrielle has the tracking number open yet fails to spell my surname properly in his e mail to apologise. Absolutely disgraceful service and reflects very badly on Under Armour.

Drivers from this Depot have marked my parcel as Premises Closed less then 2 hours after the parcel scan onto the van. Unacceptable and Fraud when you pay for a before 2pm delivery.

Just like the rest reviews. Complete rubbish. No one to speak to. Different messages saying how many attempted deliveries. Don't think so. I have no idea where my parcel is or if I ever get it.

Was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd, today, the 4th is not even out for delivery at 1430hrs! Second time this happened in the last two weeks. Don’t know why companies still use them, they’re absolutely useless!

Third time in a row a company has sent a next day delivery parcel to me and they didn't deliver it. This cannot be just by chance. Don't use UPS they never deliver on time. It's also a weekend now so a next day delivery is now 4 day delivery. Would avoid at all costs.
