I had an amazing experience at VICI Dental with Dr. Ricky! From start to finish, my Invisalign journey was smooth, professional, and surprisingly enjoyable. Dr. Ricky took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I felt comfortable at every step. I also had composite bonding done, and the results are even better than I imagined. Natural, clean, and exactly what I hoped for. What really sets VICI Dental apart is the team. The receptionists and dental assistants are genuinely lovely, they always remember who you are, greet you with a smile, and make every visit feel personal and welcoming. It’s such a refreshing experience to walk into a clinic where you feel truly cared for. I can’t recommend VICI Dental enough!

I booked an appointment to get my teeth straighten and whitening. There was a refundable deposit once you come in. I booked it. Once they checked over my teeth they said I needed a filling. They gave me a filling this costed around 900 pounds for 1 tooth needed filling. They said they would do this for around 600 pounds. They then charged me 900 pounds. Over charged me by mistake. Also the filling was done wrong it was too high. And I couldn't bite or eat because only that 1 tooth touched. They couldn't see me for 2 days. They then saw me. And fixed the filling. They then said come in for a check up in 2 weeks. Having still no idea when they can get my teeth whitening and straightening. Having then been told they can't do it. After paying 900. Then my 2 week appointment was then cancelled last minute. And no contact since. Very disappointed. When all I wanted was my teeth whitening and straightening. But cost 900 pounds for 1 tooth to be filled in. Crazy price. For it to be done wrong.

I've been attending Vici Dental in Pudsey for over a year now under the care of Dr.Paul. Firstly, I experience anxiety with regards going to the dentist and always, prior to my appointment,have dreams that all my teeth are going to be pulled out. I told Dr.Paul about this, he listened, reassured me , and most importantly didn't make me feel ridiculed or belittled . I have had root canal treatment, a crown replaced, and now I'm going through the Invisalign process to not only straighten my teeth but to help improve how I chew and correct my overbite. Dr.Paul explained every procedure calmly and patiently, giving me time to ask questions and to seek clarification if needed. Giving me advice and helpful suggestions to maintain good dental health/hygiene. I'm on my 25th week wearing aligners..the gaps where I had teeth extracted ( in the past) are smaller than previously so less noticeable, my bottom and top teeth are straighter ..I still have about 10 weeks to go but I can really see the difference. I know it's difficult to find a good dentist and often going abroad seems like a good idea, but before booking that ticket contact Vici dental. Have a chat with a member of the team , get a consultation with Dr Paul or one of his colleagues. I can't praise them enough, their knowledge, professionalism, empathy, kindness, and person centred approach is outstanding. Honestly you won't regret it , it'll be the best decision you'll ever make and your teeth will thank you for it.

Perfect experience! Used sparks aligners for 5-6 months for teeth straightening & closing gaps. Happy with end result & how quick it happened. Dr Paul was amazing throughout the process - thank you 😊
