Walk in always shuts early, this time by 10am it was shut. The receptionist made an appointment for me at the gables surgery. When I got there there was nothing on their system.... the appointment hadn't been made! Luckily the doctor their agreed to see me as it wasnt my fault, even though they were full. Non stop problems with this surgery. Avoid.
I'm annoyed with the booking system already. Tried ringing Tuesday and Today and couldn't book an apt at all due to 'allocated number of appt's' and 'you can only book a week in advance'. otherwise I have to sit and wait for who knows how long for walk-in service, and when you are a busy person that's the last thing you want.
