I changed practices when I moved house - but promptly returned to Mulberry St! The Dr's are great - the receptionists are kind. It's one of the better surgeries. I've never had any problems getting appointments. I can't recommend enough.

Mulberry Street have been my GP all my life. The service has been up and down over the years, but I would like to say the last 5 years have seen a significant improvement, with great treatment from all GP's and great service from all reception staff.

Called in desperation to ask for a change in medication and got given a different doctor than I’m used to which would be fine if the doctor wasn’t terrible. They palmed me off with a random prescription that I refused because they gave me no information on the drug and I told them I’d recently attempted suicide. This made no difference and long silences on the call as I waited for answers that I had to fill in the blanks to. I feel like this doctor doesn’t care if I was to die tomorrow.

Absolutely disgraceful my daughter received a letter telling her to get a new doctor in 30 days or her notes will be stored , my family have used these doctors since the surgery was in a house on cemetery road

Most of the receptionists are lovely. Nurses are great especially Nicole P. Always friendly and caring. Cannot say the same about the Dr's. On 2 occasions when seeing Dr Champaneri she does not listen seems to tell you what is up. Hello, I know my own body. You feel you are wasting her time. Told me I had muscle spasm. Had heart attack weeks later then found out I had PKD. Recently went with diarrhea I had for 3 weeks. Gave a sample told will take 1 week to get results. Nothing given. Found out that diarrhea is bad for PKD sufferers as it can cause kidney damage. Which I already have. Which is why I also mentioned the pain I was in. Not even put a request to have sample quickly tested. Won't go to her again if I can avoid it. Bring back the old Dr's. I suppose it is a business and not a caring profession any more. What a shame.
