Robin Lane Health and Wellbeing Centre

Not surprised to see most of the reviews are years old. I haven't had a face to face for at least 18mths, but I have regular blood tests and I never see anybody in the main GPs waiting area, now if it's completely booked up you'd expect people to be waiting for their appointments.

Here,an update Pudsey ,Folk .The wellbeing Centre has had a major outdoor update to its gardens , Can i say how lovely it looks and is a positive for this wonderful Community hub. It has benches sit on so you can now sit outside in the nice weather. Come on Pudsey folk come and support this wonderful Community hun ,meet the warm friendly staff and .ake new friends too Have a cuppa or juice ,biscuit or there famous current teacake. Open mon to friday 10 am onwards Give it go ,you.ll enjoy it 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

STEER CLEAR!!! The worst GP surgery that I have ever dealt with. They made it difficult for me to get prescriptions that I needed and at times it was impossible to get an appointment. When I advised them I would be leaving I recieved a letter in the post stating I was no longer a patient of the surgery due to my threatening behaviour. I threatened legal action, I wasn’t aggressive in any way There were other people there and not one person seemed shocked or offended by what I said. I suspect the surgery wanted to upper hand to ban me from the surgery before I could leave, absolutely pathetic. I’m now with Mulberry Street GP and they are a million times better!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this practice. Yes, it’s sometimes tricky to get through or snag an appointment, but I’ve found this is the same everywhere in the past decade or so. We’ve been patients here since 2019 - my husband is 6 years post-cancer diagnosis, so has needed various bits of follow-up care and I’ve recently had some health problems that could easily have been written off as stress. The best thing has been that we have always been listened to with care and compassion, and every doctor has followed up swiftly with further testing when appropriate. It’s truly patient-centred care and I am so glad to have picked them.

Changed from Whitehall surgery which was terrible to get an appointment, although it's not perfect I find it better than Whitehall here. At least here all the staff haven't used all the parking spaces!
