He and his team was really clear, informative, professional and actually booked me in for a date and turned up when he was expected (which seems to be a very rare thing with workmen!). C.C electrical who installed my alarm system was excellent. He arrived on time, was polite and professional throughout, and clearly explained the whole installation process before getting started. I appreciated how carefully he worked—everything was set up neatly with no mess left behind. What stood out most was how patient he was in walking me through the system once it was installed. He made sure I understood how to use the keypad and the mobile app, and didn’t leave until I felt completely comfortable. It’s rare to meet someone who combines technical skill with great customer service, but he really did both. Thanks to him, I feel confident using my new alarm system, and I’d definitely recommend him to others.

A great friendly service provided by CC Electrical & Sons. They came within a couple of days and replaced some temperamental spotlights in the bathroom with a modern more efficient set. They carried out the work very professionally and it was all completed within an hour. They left us with some fab lights and no mess. Thanks very much
