Was looking for a local and professional company who could service our Morley site. Our existing CCTV box was dated and we had some blind spots. They came out and conducted a free site survey. Replacement box and 1 additional higher spec camera were recommended at a very competitive price. Professional fitting service and very skilled in field. There was minimum disruption and the work was conducted during our hours of business. Afterwards we had some internal network issues and the system went offline. This was not a fault of the equipment but the company still visited us on several occasions to help rectify the issue free of charge. Well above and beyond their call of duty. They offer free system monitoring on equipment they supply and also check in with us periodically to check everything is still working fine. This top level of service is what builds professional partnerships and we are glad to be partnered with a company that actually care! We will have additional work required in the future and I am happy to say Smart-Adapt will have this covered for us.

We had an alarm system fitted a few years ago by another company, and it wasn’t done well at all, one of the sensors went and the previous installer provided no customer service what so ever (we were obviously happy to pay for a new sensor) but no help AND they hadn’t given us admin rights!!. Jamie however saved the day! He reset our entire system and reinstalled it correctly and replaced the faulty sensor, literally top service from a top company, cannot recommend them high enough! And we can finally use our system how it should be! The Ajax Systems smart adapt install are the best in the business! And more importantly…. SUPPORT LOCAL!

From the first moment I met Jamie when he arrived at the Bungalow to look at quoting for a security camera system, he was professional, polite & extremely knowledgeable, you could tell straight away Jamie know about the best places cameras should be placed to get full scope of your property. I could feel instantly Jamie was the TEC guy for this job, the way he quoted after looking at the job was second to none and went above and beyond on additional information that was informative once again to the type of set up and surveys of the local area. Jamie & Luke were a pleasure to have around, very neat, very tidy & very repectful. Its difficult this day and age to get tradesman that actual turn up when they should, but to see the end product was amazing. Would recommend SMART-ADAPT to any one, not only is the job concluded properly & professionally, you definitely get what you pay for.
