When I first moved to Leeds I was skeptical about renting in a HMO, I wanted all bills included to make things easy and Harris allowed me to do that. I’ve rented from them just shy of two years and don’t have a bad word to say about them. The moving in process and viewing was quick and effective and I needed to move in as soon as possible which was sorted promptly by them. The service received throughout the two years when things needed to be fixed was very quick and they always sent someone to rectify the problem as fast as possible. The moving out was made nice and easy too, receiving my deposit back the same day as handing in my keys. I couldn’t recommend Harris Real estate enough to anyone considering renting for the first time.
