I’ve used Home as my management company for over 15 years. They have always provided excellent service at a very reasonable price and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They have helped me with all sorts of issues over the years including tenants refusing to pay. I feel some other the reviews on here are typically unjust from disgruntled tenants or prospective tenants that have failed their very fair checks.

I've used Home (and HomeBuyers as it was), many times and always had a brilliant experience. Friendly people who went above and beyond to keep the chain moving and update us throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Fantastic! From the advice given by Alex at our free valuation all the way through the sales process where Zoe was on the ball at all times everything was spot on. I’ve had bad experiences with agents in the past but the personal service i got here was second to none.

An absolute disgrace of a company. Extremely rude over the phone. Not understanding of people with special needs or disabilities!! Manager just as rude as her staff. I really hope they don't last as they seem to disregard potential tenants without even telling the landlord/landlady even if they are eligible! DISGUSTING!! (RESPONSE 19/02/2025 to this business) Your response is absolute nonsense and full of lies, you were made aware about my child's disabilities, not once was i aggressive over the phone, it's not in my nature. I never demanded the property and never stated that I knew the landlord. You also never offered me another viewing or told me there was an application being considered for someone else. You are lying to try convince people that my review is inacurate. Once again you and your company are a disgrace and are disgusting. Look at all your other negative reviews. The proof is in the reviews, most people don't leave poor reviews for the sake of it (especially not as many as you have) you won't be there long acting like this.

I would have given this agency a high score for providing a fair service throughout the tenancy. However, the way they chose to handle the end of tenancy was very disappointing. A ridiculous inspection to attempt to claim nearly half the deposit for a clean and well kept property. An DPS adjudicator eventually got me more of the deposit back. Tenants should gather as much evidence as possible - once you finish your payments they will shamelessly try anything to leech more out of you to appease the landlords.
