I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated at this co-working space. During my time there, I was subjected to racist behaviour by a member of the staff (the receptionist), which I raised with the management expecting accountability and an apology. Instead of addressing the issue or taking responsibility, they terminated my rental agreement without explanation or apology. I was shocked and deeply hurt. Racism should never be tolerated in any setting — especially not in a professional workspace. I expected a respectful, inclusive environment and experienced the opposite. I’m writing this review to make others aware of what happened and to encourage anyone considering this space to think twice — especially if you value diversity, respect, and fairness. This was not just unprofessional — it was discriminatory. I hope the management reflects on how they handle complaints and treats people in the future.

Both the Director and Receptionist are extremely professional and inviting. Madison Offices has provided a fantastic space for my new business Beauty to be Seen. My clients are always welcomed with a warm smile by the lovely Receptionist. The facilities are also great, clean and calm atmosphere. The lobby, kitchen area and the conference room that is available are also luxurious. I feel proud to invite my clients into such a beautiful space. If you are thinking of basing yourself at Madison Offices I can assure you that you won't be disappointed. May I add the price is fantastic for what you are getting.

Great, modern offices which are clean, spacious and functional. Madison offices has being a great base for my business. The location is great with free parking and secure premises. The staff are excellent are so helpful and welcoming. There is a great atmosphere with a wide array of businesses which are happy to help out. I would highly recommend Madison offices, perfect base for new and established businesses.

Madison offices is a great place to have an office. Receptionists are really friendly and always happy to help. Always going out of their way to accommodate everyone and make sure you have everything you need. We recently moved from a smaller office in the building to a more spacious room. It's great value. Madison's also encourage all the businesses to mingle and work together to help each other thrive. Over the last few months of being at the offices I've met some great contacts / people who make going to the office every day a pleasure.
