Marco at Lemon Lettings has managed my one 4 bed property for me. This has been the first time I have used a letting agent and I originally I had some pre-conceived concerns about handing the house over to an agent, but they have been great and dealt with any house maintenance issues very professionally, calmly and swiftly throughout. They communicate very effectively with me and the tenants. Their first year discounted percentage is very welcome too! I highly recommend Lemon Lettings.

We found Harry very helpful when viewing the property on town street. Good communication and advice. He also helped get the lease through quickly as we were pushed for time as our current lease was due to expire.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience with this agent. Lived in a house with 3 others for 6 months. We had no internet or gas for almost 2 months at the start which they said we would have 1 week after moving in. After multiple complaints from myself and my housemates and requests to leave we were denied by the agent as he said the house wasn't even cold (this was in Winter and the house was unbearable). They decided to give us £10 back for our hardship, which is ridiculous considering the contract was void due to the lack of utilities. I would stay well clear of this company, they do not support you if you have problems with the Landlord and can be quite rude. I am a landlord myself and would never treat my tenants in such a disgraceful way.

Friendly and respectful landlord. The furnishings in the house I'm staying in are all in great condition, and the space and amenities within the house are really good. My housemates are really sociable and friendly too which, as someone who's moved to somewhere where she knows nobody, is great.
