We had a great experience with Manning Stainton, particularly with Briony who handled the purchase of our first home. We felt at ease knowing that she was handling it as she was super responsive and forthcoming with updates and chasing solicitors to progress the purchase along. We’d had a bad experience previously with a different estate agents and Briony was so refreshing to deal with always super helpful and understanding. We are about to complete the sale of our house, the team have been brilliant from initial valuation, through to this point. After a fall through of a sale, they supported us very quickly to get resold so we wouldn't lose the house we are moving to.
