We have recently completed on the sale of our house and were helped through this process by Megan Naylor who is an absolute credit to the company. In an ocean of turmoil and confusion, Megan was in island of tranquillity and common sense, going above and beyond to solve problems, chase reports and people and other organisations to make the whole process as smooth as possible. Nothing phased her and everything was sorted promptly and efficiently. We were kept fully informed at every stage and even when there was nothing to update us with we still received regular contact. Amongst the myriad people and processes, Megan was the only person who always responded promptly, positively and efficiently. She was always polite, cheerful and positive, solving many issues very quickly. We count ourselves very fortunate to have had her help with our sale. Thank you Megan.

Angela was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire sales process. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely reassuring at every step, always taking the time to explain things clearly and answer any questions we had. As a buyer, my experience with William H Brown was a very good one. From the minute the offer was accepted communication was first class, starting with Hazel Buxton, but for the most part Megan Naylor. Megan was very prompt in making sure she contacted me at least once a week to update how things were progressing from both sides solicitors, and whenever there were any delays or issues she would be dealing with it, or finding out more information to keep us in the loop right through to the completion of the sale. highly reccomended

William H Brown in Pudsey are one of the best agents I’ve dealt with, and that’s down to their staff. Angela has been incredibly supportive, and her knowledge and advice are things I still carry with me to this day. I may be a renter for now, but when my time comes to step into the property market, this is exactly where I’ll be going.

I wish I could give 0 stars. As soon as a contract was signed, the whole team at William H Brown Pudsey (including Connor, Megan, Hazel, Ruby, Jessica, Paige, Jack, Laura) have been rude, lazy and incompetent. Despite paying them a significant sum of money on completion it felt like they were only ever working for our buyer - probably because the buyer was using their solicitors. Notes on file were ignored, due diligence of ensuring correct paperwork was in place and buyer had funds was failed to be carried out swiftly and at the right time, emails and phone calls consistently ignored, never called back when promised, no out of office cover if the person assigned to your sale is on holiday, no proactivity in progressing the sale and no awareness of chain progress (in complete contrast to onwards purchase agents that were active in chasing solicitors), a whole raft of admin mistakes including sending memorandum of sale to incorrect solicitors, a potential buyer was scared off by being chased for feedback as they were driving home from the viewing(!), lied to multiple times, poor negotiation, marketing at a price different to what was agreed, refusing to carry out any viewings themselves, the list of failures goes on! Overall terrible communication and service. If you are selling, I would highly recommend you avoid this branch as it will only cause you sleepless nights and a lot of lost time chasing them to do what you are allegedly paying them for.
