I would highly recommend this service. Our funeral director, Jodie, could not have been more kind, sensitive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and she facilitated the exact funeral we wanted for our mum. We found The Globe to be a pleasant, tranquil space to meet with Jodie to discuss plans and felt happy with our mother being looked after there until her funeral. We know that she was treated with care and respect. At the funeral Jodie and her team were supremely professional, discreet and keen to ensure that everything was as we wished. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

The sudden and tragic nature of the loss, combined with complex family dynamics, made the situation especially challenging. Despite this, the team handled everything with compassion, professionalism, and sensitivity. The chapel of rest is a beautiful and serene space — peaceful, comforting, and thoughtfully maintained. It offered a quiet place for reflection and farewell, which meant a great deal to the family. David and all the staff were exceptional: kind, respectful, and always willing to listen. Their communication was clear and empathetic, and their presence was both reassuring and supportive throughout the entire process.
