I recently had the pleasure of visiting the hair salon "Smitten" and I must say, they have truly exceeded my expectations. I had my blonde hair done and they added some hair tinsel to give it a subtle shine, and I couldn't be happier with the results!! 🤩 From the moment I walked in, the staff at Smitten were incredibly professional and attentive. They made me feel welcome and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted for my hair. The stylist who worked on my hair (Johan) was not only skilled and knowledgeable, but also had a great eye for detail. He carefully applied my blonde onto my heavily outgrown roots and entire hair, ensuring it blended seamlessly into stunning blonde locks. What impressed me the most about Smitten was their commitment to going above and beyond. They always truly look after me throughout the entire process, making sure I am comfortable and satisfied with each step. The salon itself had a relaxing and inviting atmosphere, which added to the overall experience. I can confidently say that Smitten deserves a 5-star rating for their exceptional service and expertise. They have transformed my hair into something truly beautiful, and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you, Smitten, for taking such great care of me and making me feel like a valued customer. Pippa did an amazing job with down toning my over bleached hair. Her professional advice, patience and overall result was fabulous... I love it 🩷 The salon is a lovely place, very friendly, warm and welcoming with a lovely atmosphere. Cannot wait to book again to go back. Thank you Pippa x

Johan is absolutely amazing and so professional. I’ve had my first hair system fitted 2 weeks ago. I wasn’t 100% sure of the colour we’ve both chosen as it seemed a bit to light. Johan ordered a different colour and it’s been fitted today.( Johan didn’t charge me for the second hair system) My new hair looks amazing. I am so happy with the service I have received. If you are thinking about a hair system, Johan is the guy who will help you with that.

I go to Smitin for a number of years. But it's a second time, then my hair looks worse after haircut then before. Because my hairstyle is far too short and unmanageable. A summer look is spoiled, and it's going to take 5 months to regrow my hair.

Had haircut today by Johan for myself and my sons ahead of our wedding next week. Honestly what an experience, I think 3 different people came out the change was so good. I saw myself transform in front of my eyes and he was fantastic with the boys (3 & 5). Will defo be back.
