Natural Beauty

I visited Natural Beauty while supporting a client with disabilities who was excited to get a manicure. Unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing. Despite there being free spaces available, we were abruptly told, “we don’t have any availability,” and no effort was made to offer an alternative appointment or provide assistance. The dismissive attitude made my client feel unwelcome and excluded, which was very upsetting. It wouldn’t have taken much to show a little kindness or offer a solution, but instead, we were simply asked to leave. This experience left a poor impression of the business’s inclusivity and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend Natural Beauty to anyone expecting a respectful or accommodating service, particularly for those with additional needs.

Rachel is absolutely fantastic! All the treatments I receive are amazing. I travel all the way from Pontefract to go to this salon as I absolutely love it here! Couldn’t recommend them enough x

Went for gel nails and toes with Lizzie and she's done a fantastic job, I felt really relaxed with her and she was really professional and I didn't feel rushed.
