Rude and incompetent. I often go to this shop for petrol, snacks and to collect ebay parcels. They are quite off hand usual, but its “acceptable”. Previously, on several occasions my ebay parcel had been delivered (tracking proof), but I don’t get a notification barcode from ebay. This is because they DO NOT check in most parcels, I was even told that “if the old guy gets a parcel, he can’t see the label so he just pops them there”. This is not usually a problem as I go around, explain the situation. If I get the 30 year old Asian guy, then he is usually off hand and rude. This week I’ve had 2 ebay parcels delivered but not checked in. I saw the same the 30 year old Asian guy and he is so rude. I explained the issue (they don’t check parcels in) but he wasn’t listening and ask me for the bar code, so I had to explain again. I said, normally you just look for the parcel “over there” and you find it. He looked in the wrong place for the parcel for literally 2 seconds and said NO and then walked away. So, I have lost 2 parcels and by lost I mean they have stolen 2 parcels. I called ebay, but they don’t seem to care about a collection point stealing parcels. I will never go to this shop again – rude, incompetent, thieves.

Tried to return a kids watch (so certainly not a large item) to Amazon from here: so far I've been in 5 times and they've advised that either they had no sacks, the sacks were full or their systems were down. All over a two week period. They couldn't/wouldn't advise when collections/deliveries were either so very unhelpful and rude attitude when I asked

People unnecessarily mentioning the ethnicity of the person serving them in other comments just speaks for itself. Bad service has nothing to do with someone’s ethnicity: Never had a problem with any of the staff who are polite and helpful. That said the system for parcels is just awful, do not do a click and collect here. There is a rack where you can collect a parcel. Checked for mine on multiple days and it wasn’t there despite being marked as delivered by Yodel. When I queried this with the manager at the time he was insistent no one could have possibly taken it despite the fact the rack is just open for anyone to take. Other than that it’s a perfectly decent petrol station and shop. They need to sort out their click and collect service

Went to pick up a two good to go order. Turns out they had nothing in stock. Do not order from this place. One star is all I'm giving it. If I could give it zero stars I would. Please do not waste your money on this place. I'm hoping I could get a refund one star hope this helps others please ask the work on your customer service In addition to this, the staff member who was on duty at the time came off as really rude and didn't attempt to help me with my problems even after showing proof of my purchase. He still was dismissive of me and didn't help at all So, please do not order from this place if that's the only thing I ask of. You take this review into consideration Pure incompetence.

Naseem’s customer service was appalling. He thought it was acceptable to raise his voice at me, shout at me and spoke to his colleague in a language which was not English with me stood in front of them. As someone who has lived and worked abroad myself, this is a very rude workplace custom. He was insistent that I would have a QR code for my parcel when I did not. He was forceful with me in his attitude and was trying to look at my phone screen when I was going through personal emails looking for the (non existent) QR code. I do not recommend this shop and I have raised a complaint about Naseem with Asda Head Office. At the end of our transaction Naseem told me to “get out” in front of other customers.
