I recently had a full bathroom installation and an old boiler replaced, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of work. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The craftsmanship on the new bathroom is outstanding — every detail finished to a high standard — and the boiler replacement was handled efficiently and with real expertise. What really sets Richard apart is his reliability and honesty. He turned up exactly when they said they would, kept me updated throughout the job, and delivered everything on time. The pricing was completely transparent with no surprises, and the value for the quality of work was excellent. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, professionalism, and genuine integrity, but this plumber absolutely does. Just had a new boiler fitted by Rich (having done our previous one 20 years ago!) He did an excellent job, so efficient, neat and tidy. Also booked in to do our bathroom later this year. Very friendly and knowledgeable bloke - I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

Richard has just replaced our boiler and converted a bathroom to a shower room, without doubt the best workman we’ve had for 25 years. Richard is meticulous, respectful of the property and explains & consults when necessary. I would definitely recommend to friends & family without reservation.

Updated review: We’ve used Richard regularly for a number of years for boiler servicing. A few years ago he replaced our boiler and in the last few weeks he’s completely redone our house bathroom and en-suite. He replaced the house bathroom whilst we were away and we had absolutely no concerns leaving him to work in the house without us there, he completed the en-suite when we returned and worked around us. He has tidied up and vacuumed all over so there’s no mess either. The work is always completed to an incredibly high standard, Richard takes time and care to ensure you have what you want and will advise where better alternatives or compromises are available which is really refreshing. We’ve added some really nice touches to our bathrooms that we are delighted with and wouldn’t have thought about without his suggestions. It’s really reassuring to know he will give best advice and wants the best outcome for you. We are delighted with our bathrooms and wouldn’t hesitate recommending him to anyone.
