Had a full bathroom refurb. Great friendly service from start to finish. Discussed with Steve prior to work starting to come up with the best layout and design of the bathroom. Kept up to date with the progress throughout the job. And ended with a beautiful bathroom. Steve has also completed odd plumbing repair jobs for my elderly mother very promptly when asked. He goes above and beyond to provide an excellent service.
Steve has been our gas service engineer for over 10 years and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, honest and trustworthy and upfront about any costs….you won’t be landed with an unexpected bill. Over the years he’s done work for my family and friends because I have no hesitation in recommending his services.
Steve has been my gas engineer for over 8 years, and I would highly recommend his friendly professionalism and expertise. He installed a brand new boiler at my home, which worked faultlessly, as well as completing a variety of improvements and repairs. He also installed a new bathroom, including accessible units and tiling, for my elderly mother, which has been thrilled with.
My friend recommended SBGAS as I was struggling to get a plumber out quickly to look at my boiler. Steve was able to sort it out really quickly, walked me through exactly what was wrong and he's now someone I regularly call if I need any plumbing or heating stuff done. Steve has been brilliant! He fitted us a new basin, loo, shower, heated towel rail and nest thermostat last year, all of which we’re very happy with. Steve then came back recently and at short notice to sort out our (old and dodgy) boiler when it stopped working properly. Both times Steve was very clear about how long things would take and the cost. Reliable and clear communication - 100% recommend.
