Appalled and upset by this company. Gavin came to look at a job after work we’d had done previously hadn’t fixed a leak in our roof, he seemed genuine and like he knew what he was talking about. He took a £250 deposit and failed to show up for the job 3 times. 1st time he forgot it was a bank holiday, 2nd time it was too wet and the 3rd time he said he’d left his phone in a taxi after we’d tried to contact him numerous times across 2 days the weekend he was finally supposed to carry out the work. We understandably felt like we were being messed about and politely asked for our deposit back to which after days of chasing him for a response he agreed to give us 50% back since he’d supposedly bought the supplies. This was almost a month ago and despite chasing Gavin again several times since, we still haven’t had our money back from him. This has been reported to the police. I personally would not recommend this company to anyone.

Gavin's response was prompt and he offered very reasonable quotation for repair of our roof. He with his team came on time and went extra miles as after completing the agreed job. He noticed couple of bits-and-bats which needed repair which he did with the left over cement. Gavin offered 10 years of guarantee of the repair work. They cleaned the area and collected all pieces of cement and mud. I am very satisfied with their service. Definitely use their service in future if I will need to.

Gavin responded quickly to my request for a repair to a section of my extension roof. He assessed the damage and explained the work to be carried out. He arrived promptly at the time agreed. The work was carried out the same day and photos were sent to my phone when completed. Good value, straightforward and work completed so there's no more leak. Thanks Gavin and team. Flat dormer roof needed redoing. What I really liked was Gavin's honesty. When he came to do the quote, he went up onto the roof and gave me an honest assessment of what I needed doing. As strange as it sounds, other companies that quoted for me didn't actually look in detail at the roof; they just fired an unnecessarily high figure at me! However, on this occasion I was informed of exactly what I needed to have done. Gavin sent me regular picture messages as he did the job, the work was complete within a couple of days of receiving the quote, and it all looks really good and comes with a 15-year guarantee. Really quick process, highly approachable and easy to contact. Would definitely recommend.
