M & S Roofing have recently completed works at my property in Horsforth which was in dire need of roofing repairs to multiple roofs. M & S have installed 4 x fibreglass flat roofs, re roofed a small pitched roof in stone slate, and also carried out substantial repairs to the main stone slate roof. Simon and his team have been great from day 1 and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work carrying out. All the lads who have worked at my property were a pleasure to deal with and communication was great throughout the duration of the works. Simon and his team have done a really good job of replacing our roof. They were competitively priced, and communication and professionalism was excellent. The team working on the roof were great, and always grateful for a cuppa! The entire roof was stripped of fibre cement tiles, re-insulated and a new slate roof installed. The difference inside is already noticeable (much warmer) and the end result looks great. A minor complication with some stonework repairs discovered was also dealt with promptly. I contacted M&S Roofing about having my roof replaced due to the age of the house. From 1st contact with Simon everything he and his team have done has been brilliant, From coming out and doing the quote, to actually bringing the start date forward and completing it exactly within the time frame promised I don't think you could ask for better service. Simon and his team have carried out a re-roofing of our a large commercial premises near Otley. A flat roof which required a PU roof system and new insulation. They were highly professional and competent, and the project was completed in full and on time. They then installed a complete solar PV system on the roof in conjunction with ACT Solar. Again, the work was first class and delivered in full, on time and on budget.

Got a new roof and front door canopy. Very happy with the work done. Small issue at the end but it got sorted eventually, thanks Simon. Would recommend.
