Absolutely delighted with the service received by Joel..at late notice he went out of his way to secure means a locked space.. It was supposed to be for a week or two..but as we all know when buying/selling a property this doesn't happen 😒 In the end we stored for nearly 4 months..Joel was very supportive throughout, the plus factor was he refunded a portion of our last payment..that's honestly.. Look no further if your requirements are for storage..you won't be disappointed .. 100% RECOMMEND

Used these to move home... Do NOT use this company if you value/respect your possessions- they certainly won't! Absolutely terrible! Turned up a day and a half late, no protective packaging used, a lot of stuff put in wrong part of the house and they didn't finish the job!! Damage caused to furniture and a valuable piece of art. Not to mention they got into a row with my new neighbor. V unprofessional. No attempt to resolve issues satisfactorily and still want payment, involving solicitors. Avoid.

I called three times and left a message. I also filled in their online form explaining my needs. Nobody has got back to me. I went to their offices and waited in the unmanned reception for 10 minutes. I could hear voices down the corridor so I rang the bell (twice) for attention. Although I could hear at least two lots of voices down the corridor, the bell went completely ignored. In the end I walked out.

Reasonably priced storage and very friendly owners who went out of their way to help me - would recommend.
