Pudsey Legal

We have used Pudsey Legal a few times now for both purchasing & selling, the most recent encounter was definitely the best service we have had thanks to Sam. He responded to most emails within a day and was really helpful dealing with the difficulties we had during the process e.g. land registry delays. For our previous sales/purchases the communication was not as speedy and we did have to chase a lot more, but we did always go back to Pudsey Legal which says something. Hopefully they will continue to improve as they have been so far.

One star is too much. My father in law sadly passed away end of last year. We used Pudsey Legal to sort out will and probate. Only just found out today from our new solicitor at a different firm that absolutley nothing had been started or submitted. Almost 12 months later. Poor communication not answering emails. Absolutley fuming. Oh and top of this they want £100 plus Vat for their services!? Like seriously!? No wonder they have gone into administration completely and absolutely useless and incompetent.

BEWARE GONE INTO ADMINISTRATION We've only just had our wills done by them. They hold the original. They have not contacted us yet and if its held by administration could take longer to retrieve. Anyone else - need to get your original or request transfer before Oct 31st I understand.
