Elyse at Ryan's was absolutely exceptional in the sale of our property. I never experienced such excellence in customer-facing skills from a legal firm before. Highly responsive, informative, very professional and securing what was quite a complex sale in timely fashion. Managing Partner is a difficult person to deal with in the event you need to lodge a complaint. Long and defensive emails when all I was looking to do was solve something quite complex at pace. I didn't get the consultative service I expected, following a recommendation. They don't use an online portal to manage paperwork and don't like to pick up the phone to discuss your case. Appreciate hundreds of cases are being handled at once however create a business model that allows a seamless service to be provided.

Emily and the team were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process of purchasing our first property! We were very impressed with their responsiveness, explanations and hardworking in turning things around in short timescales at the end. Kathryn and the team at Ryan Property Law were outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, helpful, and kept us fully informed throughout. This was a particularly complicated sale, but they handled everything brilliantly. It’s the second time I’ve used them, this time acting on behalf of a family member, and once again they delivered an A* service. Highly recommended.

Ryan Property Law helped me and my partner move in June 2025 and were fantastic the whole way through. They kept us up to date on everything that was going on and went above and beyond when talking to the estate agents and other solicitors. They were also professional and effective when our buyer found an issue with their mortgage and helped to sort the issue as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Ryan Property Law to anyone buying a house!
