I recently boarded my very shy cat, Coco, at cherry tree cattery for two weeks, and I couldn't be more impressed! Liz and Tony were incredibly patient and attentive, working hard to earn Coco's trust throughout her stay. Their love for cats is truly evident, and they went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. They were always quick to respond to my requests for updates and provided great communication throughout. I’m so grateful for their care and highly recommend this cattery to any cat owner! 5 stars!
Tony and Liz were wonderful with our cat Alan, left with them for 10 days. They were very inquisitive as to his needs before we booked, then kept us updated when he was there- as we were nervous with this being the first time we left him after rescuing. They clearly took the time to bond with and spend time with him and Alan was more than content at cherry tree, will definitely use Liz and Tony again!
Wonderful couple who love there holiday cats to come for a holiday. Have been back many times with my late cat Perkin and now Trixi. Always made to feel welcome and have complete trust in the care and attention towards our fur babies. Thank you both for being you 😸😸😸😸😸😸😸😸😸😸💗💗💗💗💗
I met Tony on the front desk and wow was he lovely and chatty, making me feel so at ease with the whole cattery process (as a first time cat owner). My cat spent 5 nights at Cherry Tree and came home relaxed and settled, which is a huge achievement! Obviously our cat missed us and was clingy for a few days, but they kept her routine and she was very well looked after. I'll definitely be coming back to such a lovely family run business. We have nothing but goods things to post about Cherry Tree. Tony and Liz were amazing from enquiry, to payment, to taking care of our fur balls. Both our cats were treat like kings on their stay (basing this on their ever growing waist lines) 😂. We really were at ease with leaving them here and would 100% be returning them on our next travels. Thank you so much.
