My wife and I booked an appointment to get an introduction to Carrying. We came away really impressed with the service and especially the passion and knowledge shared during the session. Nicola asked about us and our needs, then came up with several options that would suit. We came away with a carrier and felt confident in how to use it, and if it doesn’t suit us we can simply bring it back during the hire period and swap it out. It will really helps us understand how we will use a carrier before potentially making a buy decision.

Used the WY sling library twice now and cannot recommend it enough. All the staff are really friendly and approachable, their passion for their job really shines through and they have been so helpful when hiring both a wrap and a carrier for my son.

The service here is excellent. We booked an appointment with Nicola and she shared her wealth of knowledge on slings that would suit us and our baby. Due to Christmas we had to extend our loan of the sling and this was very easy to do. Highly recommended

Paid for an hour appointment and was absolutely brilliant. Had the opportunity to learn how to use my sling but also try new slings. Have now rented one for 4 weeks which was also included in the price of the 1 hour appointment. Couldn’t recommend enough for all new parents looking for confidence to use a sling safely for their little ones.

We have just visited the sling library here and Nicola was SO helpful, really knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with how to use our baby carrier safely. Would 100% recommend any new parents to visit here if you are uncertain on how to use your carrier/sling.
