Myself and my daughter booked an appointment and were really happy with our experience. My daughter chose a number of dresses, some of which she preffered more than others. Our consultant Alisa (or Alison, cant read her name on the form) was welcoming and made my daughter feel at ease, she was very patient and didnt rush us into choosing, she listened to my daughter and recognised what she was looking for, often nipping out and coming back with more dresses that might suit. We walked out extremely happy and would recommend to others.

Had an appointment today with my daughter. Staff are so lovely and polite there was no rush and had all the time in the world for my daughter. We had a staff member called Emily she was amazing so lovely and helpful and made our experience 1 to remember thankyou so much Emily 10 out of 10 service from the door opening to the giggles we had before leaving. Thankyou for making it an experience to remember for my princess its very much appreciated 💝

I had an absolutely amazing time! The staff were super friendly and helped me find my dream prom dress. They went above and beyond and gave me lots of helpful tips. The dresses were absolutely gorgeous and many options in style.

Our dress fitter was Sam who was amazing helping my DD find her perfect dress. So sad but honoured we were her last customers. The shop is wonderful and stocks so many beautiful gowns. Highly recommend.

5 stars doesn’t do these ladies justice! Karen was absolutely amazing and it really shows she loves what she does because the experience from start to finish was beyond expectation. Karen made Lucy feel heard, confident and beautiful. The appointment felt personal, nothing was too much with absolute no pressure to choose a dress for a sale but purely because she loved it 🥰 Could not recommend this place enough!!
