Lovely cheerful and polite staff, never been served by anything less so far and hope this doesn't change. The food section is lovely and clean, the store itself too also. A nice big place to shop with a good range of items to buy. Keep up the good work! 👍 😊

I went into the store with my son this afternoon to find him a pair of trainers. At first we could not find the size in the ones he chose. I manged to find Emma who was extremely helpfull to us and found the correct size.She did this with a lovely smile and couldn't have been more helpfull to us. What a lovely atitude she had, it was a pleasure to visit the store and be looked after so well......Many thanks ....RM Padfield

Cafe understaffed constantly. We visit usually Sundays. Not up to standard. Waiting time for food unacceptable. Staff overworked. Staff member Clive very respectful and personable, gives 100%. Lovely man. A huge asset to the team.

Rude staff Unable to return a shirt as it was not in original packaging! How else are you meant to try a shirt on if it's packaged and the sizing is different from the sample shirts No staff on the open floor Shoes and dress shirts shoddily or presented Going downhill fast

Great place to shop. Staff are very polite. Cafe is great selling delicious food. My wife loves shopping there, hence the amount of times I have been there. Highly recommended.
