We found Stanningly Firsides to be very good. Donna was very helpful. Gavin fitted the fire after checking that all was safe for the new appliance. so within about 10 days of choosing we are now loving our new fire.

I went into this Showcase to ask what options for a fire I had with my existing extremely expensive fire surround. After waiting for someone to come to assist/greet me I decided to walk through to the back part of the showroom. The blonde haired Assistant was sat at her desk (not on the computer or phone). I asked what my options were and her attitude stinks, very abrupt, condescending, no, no, no. Not a nice experience. Not a bit helpful at all. Customer service was Zilch. I thought why would I put £2-£3k of business with you when this is my initial experience. In fact, I felt so upset I left and felt like crying. I said on leaving ‘you are really horrible’. I’ve since found a company that were very very knowledgeable, helpful and that I feel happy and confident to put my business with them.

We've just had a fire and fireplace fitted and it's absolutely beautiful! We can't thank you enough for the way it enhanced the room and it was put in really quickly too! A five star review for a five star company 🌟

Same experience as P Bazza, extremely rude blond haired woman who was hell bent on starting an argument on every question I asked. Patronising and making me feel stupid, telling me I did not have a balance flue fire in my home repeating it three times with a raised voice. When I got in and checked the manual, guess what, it's a balanced flue so not as great as you think you are. I wanted two gas fires, one with a chimney flue liner so this employee has messed up big time with her attitude and lost the company thousands of £s. We looked around the showroom but I was so fuming, I couldn't concenrate and when we said 'goodbye' she completely ignored us.
