Sally and the team at Serendipity Floral Designs were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. From our very first consultation (held over Zoom), Sally was incredibly helpful in guiding us through options that would suit our vision for the day, especially as we didn’t have much knowledge of flowers ourselves! She offered thoughtful suggestions and quickly provided a draft quote with guide pricing, which made the whole process feel really clear and manageable. In the lead-up to the wedding, communication was excellent. The team were always happy to adapt and make tweaks to the order when needed, which we really appreciated. I was absolutely thrilled with the bridal bouquets, which were a stunning mix of white and pink roses, blue delphiniums, and eucalyptus. They were exactly what I had hoped for and looked even more beautiful in person. Sally and her team also took care of setting up the arrangements at both our church and our reception venue at Wood Hall, and everything looked gorgeous on the day. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Serendipity Floral Designs to other couples getting married in Yorkshire. They were a pleasure to work with and helped make the day feel so special.

I could not be happier with how my wedding flowers from Serendipity turned out. Our table displays (including taper candles) were absolutely beautiful and the bouquets were just perfect, I loved everything about them! My inspiration photos used out-of-season flowers but Sally clearly put a lot of thought into how she could achieve the same look with alternative flowers and made her best effort to achieve what I envisioned. Sally is the most incredible florist we could have ever found, I knew from the second I met her she was right for us she has the most wonderful nature and as a perfectionist myself not only did she have patience with me but she exceeded every expectation beyond belief. The second I walked into my fairytale wedding breakfast room I couldn't contain the tears. It was like she took every vision and dream I had and created it but even beyond what I could have envisaged. The bouquets were stunning and her attention to detail was incredible. To top it off she couldn't have been a nicer person to work with, I don't believe there is anyone out there that could do a job as great as Sally. Thank you for creating our dream 💖💒
