Mill Creations

Fabulous fabric shop. I made a special detour to visit this shop on the way home from Yorkshire. It didn’t disappoint. Set in the old textile/woollen mills which were magnificent. The shop was light & bright with fabric displayed for easy viewing. There were samples of some patterns on display. The shop felt nice & calm. I find some fabric shops a bit overwhelming with bolts of fabric stuffed closely together & it can make it difficult to see them clearly. But here everything was easy to see including patterns. I was served by a very helpful person. And I am very pleased with my purchases. I will not hesitate to order online in the future. There was a cool cafe in the mill complex which was worth a visit.

Lovely mother and daughter team. Great knowledge of brother sewing machines and embroidery machines great demo . Also gave me a starter pack with everything I need to have a few practice goes and all free of charge. Would highly recommend this company. Pay them a visit lots to see and do. My wife and I had a wonderful time visiting Mill Creations in Farsley, nestled within the charming Sunny Bank Mills. The shop is easy to find and very accessible, which made it stress-free to pop in and explore. We were blown away by the vast selection of beautiful fabrics, perfect for all our sewing projects. They even stock Merchant & Mills patterns, which was such a treat! The staff were incredibly kind and encouraging, offering helpful advice and making us feel completely at home. Mill Creations is a gem—we left inspired and can’t wait to return for our next project!

You'll struggle to find anywhere where you'll get such lovely helpful staff as well as lovely lovely fabrics, patterns and sewing machines and all you need for sewing. I can highly recommend it. They also do sewing lessons which I haven't been well enough to try but I bet they are fantastic if how they helped my by email is anything to go by.

I recently attended a workshop at school of sew, mill creations. I really enjoyed it. The tuition and facilities were excellent. The staff in the shop were very friendly and helpful.
