Absolutely fantastic shop the staff are great very helpful & will do their upmost to accommodate you, the prices are very competitive & the repairs they do are Absolutely perfect. I won't use any other shop for repairs ect I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Called in yesterday to have batteries in 2 watches staff were very friendly didn’t have to wait long and was only charges £11 really good price , calling back to purchase a silver chain

The prices are good and the merchandise is fine but they are not to be trusted. Not because they are dishonest but because they are utterly and completely disorganised and chaotic. They are a shambles. If you leave anything with them or agree anything make sure you get all the details of the terms you agreed in writing or record a video to your phone. If not, they are likely to forget what they promised and it will not be in your favour! Your only hope of getting any resemblance of reasonable customer service is to hope that the assistant called Paul or the Saturday girl serves you.

I had several rings with diamonds of various sizes. They used all the diamonds to make a new ring set in platinum. I am absolutely thrilled with the ring, it looks stunning and very contemporary. Can’t recommend Gem T jewelers highly enough!!
