Amazing jewellers - the staff are so lovely and the repairs are unmatched! My diamond from my engagement ring fell out last year, so I immediately took it to another jewellers in Bramley and it shortly became loose again. However, after Shaws repaired the ring it’s still going strong and won’t budge a year later. Also got another ring re-shaped recently and it’s as good as new. Fully recommend Shaw Jewellers, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. :)

Had a wonderful experience with Charlotte and Shaw Jewellers for the design of my engagement ring. I had very little idea of what I wanted, and after helping me work out what I wanted from a ring, Charlotte mocked up a design and then sourced the most beautiful sapphires for us to choose from. She created a wonderful platinum and sapphire ring, with lab-created diamonds in a bezel setting. It's exactly what I wanted - and it's beautiful but sturdy enough to wear every day, without getting caught on anything. The craftsmanship is wonderful and she was a pleasure to work with. We'll be back to get our wedding bands made!

Brilliant experience. Took my wedding rings in to be rhodium plated at 11am and got them back for 2pm and they looked as good as new. So wonderful not to have to send them away for weeks on end or worry about them getting lost. I also took a necklace to get a new chain and although the original replacement ended up catching on the charm, Charlotte has ordered a different more suitable chain rather than just being satisfied with the first attempt. After a diamond came out of my wedding ring I was quoted an extortionate price by Ernest Jones to have this repaired. I was then recommended Shaws by a family friend who I called and straight away they reassured me and made me feel a thousand times better about the situation. I took the ring in and was quoted less than a quarter of the price Ernest Jones had quoted! I picked the ring up today and it’s in stunning condition, looks brand new! Thank you so much, would highly recommend and will be using in the future for any jewellery needs.

I’m local but looked at the website over Christmas. I saw just what I wanted for my birthday, a gorgeous opal ring . Reasonable prices, I picked it up a few days later, friendly staff . The ring itself was gorgeous a lot better than I expected, I absolutely love it. I’ll definitely be buying other items I’ve seen 😂Thank you 👌
