When I recently lost both of my beloved dogs, I was at a loss as to how I could have a piece of jewelry to keep them close to me. I searched far and wide to find someone who would preserve their fur in a ring. I was recommended to visit Victoria’s lovely shop by a friend. The experience from start to end has been a wonderful one. Victoria is talented, empathetic and insightful. The ring she has created for me is beautiful and I will treasure it forever. I cannot recommend Victoria more highly. Her shop is a solid go-to when I need to treat myself to something a bit special and always has such a great range of jewellery to suit every taste- be it a gift or for myself, I never leave empty handed. On a more sombre note…I recently went in with my lovely dad to help him choose something for my mum's birthday- knowing it will be the last one he is with us. Victoria's compassion, creativity and professional integrity made the whole experience into something beautiful - and I feel privileged to be a part of it. She helped my dad to understand what she was able to create and how best to commemorate him after he's gone, something we couldn't have done without her and I know the final piece will always be something that makes us smile. Took a photograph of the design I wanted for my brothers memorial ring and Victoria was brilliant. She discussed making the ring stronger where the stone joined the ring without compromising the design. I'm so delighted with this very special piece. Thank you Victoria.

Victoria was truly wonderful from start to finish. After losing my grandad, I decided to that I wanted a ring to remember him. After a recommendation, I visited Victorias Boutique. Victoria was warm and friendly, and explained the whole process. She listened carefully to my hope of having something delicate, whilst also understanding how clumsy I am!
