the most discusting customer service ive ever recieved! the female assistant was stood half way in the door on the 8th of november 2017 smoking inside the shop, which is breaking the law as you sell food and alcohol she was slagging another member of staff off to another woman. when she decided to serve me, she was too busy talking to her friend and messed up my gas and electric card then started shouting at me! as she wasnt paying attention and put the wrong amount on saying that i was the one in the wrong! when she finally decided to pay attention she slammed my cards and my change on the counter, when i was holding my hand out. as i was leaving she decided to try show me up and call me rude to the female she was talking to!! i think this female member of staff should be retrained on her customer service skills. i will NEVER use this store again!!
The owner of this shop sales products with so bad quality. I wanted to change it or take my money back but he offered me to pay half of price to have new one. He said the quality of product is not his responsibility because he didn't make the product
