I love being part of this gym! Some gyms can be really intimidating especially for first-timers. However, at Diligent Fitness everyone is really friendly. The staff are great at motivating you - they help you to achieve your workout goals, show you how to use the equipment and always encourage you to push yourself. I never thought that I would actually enjoy going to the gym but after being at Diligent Fitness and seeing results I can now say that I really enjoy it.
Diligent is like no other gym I have been to. No posers, no macho men or ladies for that matter. Just like minded people who care about being fitter stronger and generally healthier. Always a good crowd, we are to some extent self motivating but then guided by the great team of fitness professionals. Never a dull moment when we train, as your program is forever evolving. The result is a motivated program geared to your personal needs. Each session is adapted if required to suit you mood. And the results are great too. I am fitter than I have ever been, remarkably keen to continue as I rarely sustain such activities. Dare I say it I miss training when I don't get there. Highly recommend this as an alternative I don't think you'll regret it I certainly haven't.
The Diligence team have been fantastic in helping me to work towards my fitness goals. I've gained a huge amount of confidence and learnt more about nutrition, fitness and consistency with both. The changes I've made have been realistic and have fitted easily into my busy schedule which have allowed me to stick to them. Everyone is very welcoming and encouraging at Diligence.
Kieran and Lyz have helped me kick-start my fitness after several years where I thought I had started an inevitable slide into unfit middle age. It's hard work at times, but I am starting to feel the benefits now. Their clear guidance and knowledgeable instruction makes Diligent Fitness stand out from your average personal trainers. Well worth it!
The team at Diligent Fitness have helped me achieve a regualr routine of exercise. I always hated the gym, but they have somehow?! managed to get me to look forward to exercise, and as a result, I am fitter, leaner, healthier, stronger and sleeping better at night. Thanks team DF!
