My wife and I recently visited the Sunny Bank Mills Museum and Archive, and it was such a fascinating experience. The museum is housed on one floor, showcasing old equipment, log books, and examples of fabric from the company that once worked in the mill. The history was so interesting, and since we were part of a small group, it felt intimate and personal. I highly recommend booking in advance to enhance your visit. The curators were incredibly knowledgeable and provided expert guidance throughout. It’s a wonderful place to learn about the area’s textile history, and we left feeling truly inspired!
