Lovely country pub at the top of such a pretty village. Room 1 is dog friendly and huge with underfloor heating for the winter. Delicious food and great choice of craft beers. This was our 2nd stay and we will be back

Great place just outside Masham, near to one of the best small dales, Colsterdale. Friendly, great atmosphere, excellent food, dinner and full English breakfast, good rooms and reasonably priced. Great local beers and good selection of wines. The pub also has a caravan park at the rear. Will certainly visit again if in this neck of the woods.

We frequently visit this site to visit family and it never disappoints . Great location with fantastic views. Excellent food and beer in the pub with lovely dog walks straight from the bottom of the site. Recommended with nice spacious pitches (7.5m Motorhome).

Have stayed in better accommodation for less. Somewhat disappointed in the basic breakfast which was not included in our stay and had a much nicer breakfast in Leyburn for less cost. The staff worked very hard but did not find the proprietor particularly friendly and unlike many places I have stayed it was not particularly welcoming. I shall stay else where when visiting the area again.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, really tasty food, clean and comfy rooms. Great beer garden, with beautiful views. Very peaceful weekend! Thank you.
