I came in to get my nails done. I had messaged the fb chat before hand for a price so I could have the correct cash with me. I sat down and the First Lady that started on my nails was perfect. She did everything correct and was very gentle and polite. Another girl then took over from her half way through and didn’t seem as confident, polite or qualified. She had my hands under the lamp before asking how things were so at the end I didn’t feel like I could correct everything as she had finished and my nails were all dry. She then tried to charge me more than what I was previously quoted. When I got home I noticed the hearts on my nails weren’t a full heart a she had done them opposite on both hands which now looks odd. One of my nails she rushed under the lamp and had now took the shine off. I definitely think who starts your nails needs to finish them.

They don't give you the option for normal nail polish. The gel polish I had on my hands and toes ruined my nails, they are so thin and damaged now. The customer service wasn't great until the manager/owner stepped in. They got more gel on my skin than my actual nails. The gel on my toes lifted before I even got home because they paint your toes before you do the foot spa. Expensive prices for not a very good service or products.

Had my nails done here last week. Me and my sister were polite as always and responded with grace despite them being rude upon arrival. We then proceeded to sitting in the seat to have our nails done where 2 of the workers were speaking and laughing about us right infront of us. I was asked if they were looking okay and I said “yes Thankyou”, he then muttered “doesn’t sound like it” and they both laughed. My sister said “ is something funny?” And they were stunned that she actually stuck up for us, confirming they do this on a regular basis with no reaction. With the discomfort this caused I wanted to stand up and walk out however STILL paid in full and said thankyou. I was then waiting for my sister to finish getting her toes done where Cindy came and asked what had happened and apologised on behalf of them and said they had only recently been told off for it. Gave us £5 voucher for the next time we went (was never happening). It wasn’t about the money it is about the unprofessional staff, how they haven’t been fired is beyond me. Won’t be returning ! Such a shame

I have been today to redo my nails, found a new guy who was very nice and done an amazing job. He was friendly and smiling, chatting with me which is very rare to see. Definitely going back, thank you Kevin

Lovely place. The staff are so welcoming, offering a selection of free drinks on arrival! Cindy remembers exactly what nails I like and suggests new ideas to me. My nails always look perfect. The staff are so sweet, I was given a Christmas present last year and also this year. The nails are always amazing and the brilliant service is a bonus, so friendly and chatty. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nails and eyebrows!
