Left with more scratches than I went in with very disappointing

Sometimes they have been good, sometimes unprofessional. Twice there was something missing in my car. Once they empty a window cleaning product I had in my boot ( I decided to leave it) and once (last time) they took the car pedal cover. The worst episode happened when in my windscreen there was a little crack. When I came back to collect the car, the little crack became huge. The problem was that nobody was going to tell me about it if I did not raise the issue. When I raised the issue the guy told me it was not their fault has the thermal shock caused it. Anyway, I decided to avoid this car wash now. I will try someone else close to the area. AVOID!!!

Wash and mini valet, announced as 15pounds, guy took my 20pounds bill and just walked away. "Its 20 now" he said. Debris left on seats and dust on dashboard under windshield. If this is a 20pounds worth cleaning then i am santa claus... Not recomended.

A bit rushed and bits missed, but normally excellent, they charged me for a 4wd instead of the slightly cheaper one, which it should have been, but having said that they were polite.

The best car wash crew around my area, they do the best job and are so pleasant, even in blistering hot weather, they clean your car with a smile.
