It's disgusting how this place is ran when you are a urgent patient with a dr , they DON'T tell you to go straight to the desk to book in I went to the booking in system, but unknown to me it didn't book me in so then I was accused of been late for my appointment! Which infant I was ten mins early!! It was because I went straight to the booking in system, not to the desk instead!! I also went a few days a go , which again was told I was late ! In fact there again I was only 5 mins because the staff. at the desk kept me waiting over 5 minutes before they booked me in it was the women with the long dark hair !! . She wasn't on the fone . It's disgusting!! I should be treat with some respect like I treat my elders with a bit of respect, it's just not on at all !!! .

A great practice never had a problem getting an appointment always treated fair
