I would have no hesitation in recommending Granville Brooks. From contacting them after my mum Doreen passed away, to the collecting of her ashes, Mark and his team were extremely supportive, respectful, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and they were in regular contact every step of the way. I first used Granville Brooks over 15 years ago and even though the staff may have changed over the years, their service is still as good now as it was then. Thank you Mark and team for all your help.

My family and myself would like to thank you all so much for all your care, respect and warm compassion you showed us at the very sad and difficult time when mum passed. Mark was so caring and took care of every little detail to make sure everything was special for mum, and was always there for us. The funeral was beautiful, the music and flowers and service perfect. Mark was very respectful, caring and professional and helped us all through a sad and difficult day. When dad passed he took care of dad just the same making everything special for dad.
