First time using this garage for an overdue MOT and why I've not used it before I don't know. Very helpful staff and polite. Convenient for me as I only live a stones throw away so no need for taxis after leaving the car. Got booked straight back in for some work doing on the car, which is quite a reasonable price to be fair. Thank you 🙂

Exceptional customer service from the mechanic and receptionist who were both lovely. They explained everything in detail what work needed to be done on my car and the cost breakdown. After having previously a few bad experiences with customer service at other garages, I felt at ease here. Highly recommend, thank you very much, your service is very much appreciated.

They have worked on my vehicles for a couple of years and always been fair quick and no nonsense. Giving a rough guide price for work and then on pick up they have said some work was not needed so the bill was much cheaper. Polite. Direct and just do what is asked and don't mess around. Fast turnaround and good communication. Brilliant local family business. 5 stars.

Update: Since Autofix helped me 5 months ago I booked my vehicle in with them for some other work doing yesterday afternoon and after leaving it with them this morning it was ready by lunchtime today. Excellent service yet again and my problem was sorted out without any dramas just straight forward good honest customer service. Can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend to all. As a result of my first encounter with Autofix my brother now takes his vehicles to them for all his work too. Cheers lads. Simply superb! I had issues with my Citroen Berlingo brakes first this morning on my way to work and called in at Autofix to ask for help. I am not an existing customer and because it is a Friday they were extremely busy. Despite this they set to and made my repair their first job. The problem was repaired in no time at all and I was on my way. The service I received was faultless. The lads are genuine and so helpful. Rarely do you come across such nice and generous people but Autofix have old fashion values and went out of their way to help a stranded and totally stressed motorist. Thank you Autofix. I will certainly be using you again and will have no hesitation in recommending you to all.

Just had a service and new tyre fitted, excellent service, nothing was too much trouble for them, I will definitely go back for any further repairs and I definitely recommend family and friends, thank you guys. Ruth xx
