Gemini Accident Repair Centre Wakefield

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. Do not use this company. My daughters car came back and the right indicator wasn’t working so therefore not safe to drive. She didn’t sign the car off to say she was happy with it but after the dropped it off they just ignored her and didn’t even respond so left her with the expense. This is the most awful company i have ever felt with and shouldn’t be in business.

Just had my car back today after a 3 month to and fro. And to be fair you guys and gals are wizards. The car looks amazing thank you for dealing with the insurance claim. Special shout out to the lovely Sue and Katie. Always gracious polite and kind on the phone to me. Always keeping me updated. To the team that put the car back together thank you. Brill job guys keep it up

Absolute life savers!! I left college and came out to the front of my car damaged after a hit and run and was 80 miles away from home. I was absolutely helpless.. I noticed Gemini on the industrial estate and saw it was an accident repair centre, so went went in with nothing to loose. Sue on reception let me in and called over James the manager. They were so proactive and came to have a look at the damage straight away. James managed to get my car straight in, knowing I was stranded without it. Sue on the desk was extremely helpful and was able to book me an emergency hotel, as I had no Internet, and made sure I was alright and had everything I needed. She was able to reassure me and direct me to the nearest amenities etc. James and the team managed to patch up my car there and then (15 minutes before closing time!) so that I was able to get back to a hotel for the night. After such a tough day, they really were a god send. I couldn't be more thankful!!

They fitted me a kit on my car and it doesn’t work right it’s really cheap and they charge me over £200.00 pounds for a kit that cost 30 pounds l don’t recommend this company

my golf was picked up and brought back by Paul who told me the procedure as it was my first time insurance claim he was brilliant. when the car came back it was like brand new, the work done was superb , also car cleaned . would thoroughly recommend this garage ,wish it was a bit nearer to where i live !!
