I was shocked with the experience i had here. This happened last year and would have been the second time ive been here and I shall not be returning. Firstly I had booked an appointment in for a certain time, when I got there I had to wait because of the lady before me, there appointment either over ran or they thought it was okay to try fit this women in before me. I waited an extra 40 minutes for a plain hair cut I dont expect this. Secondly at the time I had fully bleached hair and she kept questioning it. She kept calling my hair green even though it was a very light blonde. She persisted telling me this and continued to share this with her coworkers and even the people waiting to get there hair done. This put me in a very uncomfortable position which I dont ever want to be in again I was traumatised. I dont usually write bad reviews I like giving positive ones but this is just something that needs to be said. I'm afraid to say that I wouldn't recommend to people I know but to stay away from this place.

I wasn’t going to post a review out of politeness, but my family and friends are outraged on my behalf and persuaded me.. The salon lady was SO ROUGH with me. She slammed the brush down onto my scalp, pulled tangles without any consideration for how it would hurt me, and straightened/blow dried my hair (when I said at the beginning that I didn’t want that done). I actually got a headache from it afterwards, and my husband noted that my scalp was red in a few places. I don’t think she’s worked with textured hair much before. Tangles are inevitable with textured hair, and she used hair tools that are meant for 1a-1b hair. She bashed into my nose a few times with her hands or scissors while moving around, and never once apologised. She also barely said anything to me that wasn’t about my hair, but was happy to talk to the other workers or clients. I felt like an outcast. To top it all off, she made a mess of my hair. My fringe looks worse than it did before she cut it, which she did when wet (which is a no-no for textured hair). I honestly cried as soon as I was out of the salon, I was that hurt (both physically and emotionally). I will not be going back.

My first visit to the salon. So happy with the results, highlights and restyle, hair feels amazing. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Already rebooked. Would highly recommend this salon.

I used Bobinn for the first time in quite a few years (due to moving away from the area) I cannot recommend these lovely ladies enough, the prices are scandalously low and the professionalism is extremely high, Alex did a resyle from long to short and got it better than I asked for, I will definitely be going back and 💯 recommend .

Been going here for years now! Always do a brilliant job 💁‍♀️ very professional, im quite a shy person and here they always make me comfy. Wouldn't go anywhere else, highly recommended 👌
